When's the new Titleist driver coming out??

April 1. Get your pre-order in now, though: if they're like the 983, supplies will be tight for awhile.

I would hold off on the pre-order. I have visited with several people who have tested the 905t and S. The word is they are dead feeling, and have a strange sound to them. I am going to try them when they show up, but am holding off on the preorder. Word is they will be in the stores within the next 2-3 weeks.

I wouldn't call 'em dead, but they do sound "funny."

Remember what Ernie Els said awhile back, something like "I'll take the one that sounds funny." He was hitting it better (and further).

I guess I am just not the type that would haul off and buy something that so very few people have seen much less hit. I have one problem with this club already. You cannot just change the shaft out, the dealer has to send it back to Titleist to get it reshafted. That could take as long as 4 weeks. I am looking forward to hitting it and the 904. I just dont know that it is a good idea to order one unless you have hit it, that was my original point.
