Adams speed line 9064 LS ... Anyone else have this problem?

Love my new Adams driver, but it has one small issue. After every few hits, there is a small vibration between the plate on the head and the sole of the club. There is a place to tighten it but don't have the appropriate wrench. I can tighten it up with a tee. But that is not a long term fix. Spoke to the guys who fitted it for me and they said that Adams doesn't provide any wrenches with their clubs. Anyone else had this problem?
