I just saw Royal Throphy Tournament on TV and this guy, Thonchai Jaidee reached the green in one shot from the tee on a 368 yards Par 4 hole.

He did on Hole 17:

Wow!!! that's even longer than Bubba Watson.

What do you guys think?

Whats in my Golf Bag:
Driver: Nike Sumo 5000
5 Wood: Mizuno MP-001
Iron: Mizuno MX-950 5-PW
Wedge: Cobra FP 60 degrePutter: Odyssey 2-BallBall: Yellow balls

Longer than Bubba Watson? How is one shot a measurement of anything? On average, Robert Garrigus is the longest on both tours. The hole has a small dogleg which the distance is measured by, which makes the distance shorter. It's also to the middle of the green, so you can reach the green probably with a 340-350 drive. Doesn't say anything about elevation either.

Any world class player is able to pound the ball a really long way with a god hit.

Watson, Johnson and Garrigus hit 350-370-ish on a long drive contest before this weeks tournament, of course on a favourable fairway. On flat mark they usually don't hit it as far. Sadlowski won with over 400 yards.

Awards, Achievements, and Accolades

There is an article about a 16 year old in Golf Digest this month.  Kid hit it 420'ish of the tee to win a sectional long drive qualifier.  Any of those long hitters on tour can take take it 330-350 on a regular basis.  You through in some wind and well there is your 380's.

I've seen Bubba in college (we went to school together) hit it 320yds uphill and bounce it of the driving range house at our University's golf course....all day long.  He had to stop when he flew the house an into the parking lot.
