Here's a pic of the strike marks on my 6 and 9 irons from my 'lie board'.  The marks are just a bit toward the heel of the clubs and I wonder if it's enough to worry about or not?

If the marks were more towards the heel or toe I'd worry, but for you experts out there ... is this acceptable or not?

Oddly, the Ping static chart puts me at 2 degrees up; these are standard, and as I read the marks, the clubs actually need to be a touch flatter.

Thx for the help.

BTW - The center of the club face seems to be over the 'N' in Ping, while my marks are more over the 'G'.

I would try a blue dot before going and ordering anything based on those pics.  Looks very close to me, similar to when I was fitted and told I could stay neutral or go 1*.  More about how it feels to you when you swing both.  If possible try a black and a blue side by side.

That actually doesn't look too bad.

You are in good shape there...just make sure you are wearing normal shoes when you hit the board.  That little bit can make a difference.

To me, that look's just fine. I'm surprised that they took you for 2 degrees up, you look like neutral would work just fine. You're going to love those irons if your getting them or you already do, those babies are sweet for an oversized.

    • I’m posting my Stack System results here. I’m not sure what to make of the information below, other than I have plenty of room for improvement.  I was going a little to fast at the  start and need to slow down and pay attention to the timer between shots. I hit some balls after this snd the launch monitor showed several were 245 total which I felt may have been a little generous.  They were good shots (for me) but just looking at the distance markers at the range I felt I was shorter than that.
    • Baseline fine, and boy do I have room for improvement.
    • I've watched the video and I like Brendan's presentation. It explains exactly how they arrived at creating the original VisionTrack itself so many years ago.
    • I am wondering if anybody has ever used these and if so did you use the 3.0 or the 1.0.  I think it might help prevent injury in my hips/groin that seems to show up every couple of years.  Would love to hear as well if they restrict swing in any way.   CORESHORTS | The Original CORESHORTS™ Revolutionary X band design mimics the functional anatomy of the body's core area to boost performance | Anti-odor technology prevents the growth...
