I have been trying to get more lag lately though so is that not a good thing?

With what consistency do you hit that far? And is it possible that you're losing distance due to improper contact and have a faster clubhead speed than you think? It also looks like your tempo is somewhat quick at the top of your backswing, which itself is a factor in selecting shaft stiffness. Disclaimer: Not an expert. See a club fitter or at least a launch monitor.
