What are your launch angles?

Just curious.  I have been using a Full Swing Golf simulator for the past few days.  It measures my launch angle and distance for the following clubs:

7i:  22-24 deg, 155-165 yds

5i:  17-19 deg, 175-185 yds

5W: 16-18 deg, 220-230 yds

Driver: 12-14 deg, 235-245 yds

These are fairly consistent, which I am happy with.  Are these launch angles considered high, low, avg?  What do you folks typically see with your clubs (assuming that you can use a trackman or indoor simulator)?

Seriously, that is some mean speed.  My driver distance has suffered miserably.  Two years ago I was averaging low 250's, now down to 235+.  I need to work out more.  Either that, or get a 55" shaft.
