Hey everyone,

My name is Jeremy, I currently live in South Sioux City, NE. I have been checking out the website for awhile and have seen a lot of usefull information and decided to join. I have been golfing for about three years now and I don't think there is a better sport on this planet. I am forever searching for ways to improve my game so any help I can get will be great.

Now I am just counting the days til a course around here will finally open for the year, but until then im sure you will see a lot of me on here. :)

I'm with you in counting down the days. Fortunately we can "escape" once a month or so to get in a golf school, but in some ways that's even more maddening because we don't get to hit balls or anything. :-)

Thanks for the welcome guys. And its hard not to be biased towards golf, what other sport could I do that is so relaxing but still feeds my competitive nature. Its great.

      After a bit of a lean spell managed to birdie stroke hole one, long par five. Ball striking best it’s been for a while short game exactly the opposite. Had so many opportunities to post good scores last three or four games, failed miserably😀

      Would You Rather #69 For this question let's assume you are playing whatever tournament is important to you.  Would you rather finish second in your tournament but be remembered for a huge mistake you make right at the end.  or  Would you rather play solidly in your tournament, but you still finish outside the top 25, and are never really in contention.  Incidentally, this happed to a friend of mine many years ago at the tournament I play every year. He was leading the tournament coming into the last hole, where he took two to get out of a greenside bunker and then three-putted his way to second place. He hasn't really been in contention again since.

      I hate that I agree with this. But the guy is like a Ferrari with four flat tires trying to go 200 mph. Bad things can only come from that. He turns 50 on December 30th. I wonder how long Golf Cart Tiger lasts out there.
