Where's Waldo? on Sunday at Innisbrook...

Anyone notice the 'Where's Waldo' dude that appears to be hanging out on the first hole or following the Stallings and Webb Simpson group?  He's dressed in a red/white striped sweater and even has the hat with the red puffy ball on top.  I've only been watching a few holes and on one of the holes he even moved after Watney's putt so he could be in the TV shot for Simpson's putt at a different angle.

I'm usually pretty observant, but haven't noticed, has this guy been going to any other golf tournaments and getting in any TV shots?

that was quite funny. but that was the first that I saw of him throughout the day. I know he dressed up like that to try to get on tv.
