I am trying to revise my swing to gain lag and consistency.  Lag seemed impossible with my old swing, the club wants to go!  While making changes with a Pro the concept of having your back elbow follow your hip in the down swing has become a swing thought.

I also bought the V1 home software and seeing many pro swings next to mine makes it seem pretty obvious.

While doing that it appears relatively easy to maintain lag.  I did not say hold because you really do not have to hold it.

I have not had a chance to hit many balls using this theory, is this sound logic?

After hitting some balls into a net with video I think I am on to something.  It was the first time I was able to easily create lag with a natural swing motion.  The sensation is to drop the arms so my right arm is on my right hip and slide the hip forward while rotating.  The slide actually start first.
