I had noticed this before but I was looking at pros swings and am surprised how nearly all the pro's keep their head centered or still instead of moving their upper body back on the backswing. For example look at Rory's swing in this analysis below, he stays centered, hands dont go high. Dont want to beat a dead horse with the foley thing, but I dont see that much of a difference between say Rory's swing and what Foley teaches. Ive got a series of teachings by Foley in which he teaches how to stay centered in the swing, he teaches to transfer weight to the right thigh, then push forward which is basically what Rory is doing as well. Im going to start doing the weight shift to the right thigh(pushing into the ground) on the backswing (but staying centered!) then pushing forward after watching Foleys teachings again and seeing how many pro's do this as well. Ive had the sensation in my swing to want to implement this before so I think its a good idea
