Turning a left handed club into a right handed club

I bought a momentus swing trainer iron of ebay for dirt cheap but me being the tard I am I just assumed it was right handed and he didnt list saying what hand it was but its left handed.  I cant return it.  Anyway im trying to come up with a solution and the only thing i can think of is taking the head of and the grip and replacing the head with a right hand head.  Tbh im probably just gonna ave to put sand in an old club.  I can use a blow torch on the hosel to get it off but is putting another head on that easy?any ideas

Sell it for more, and use that money to buy a right handed one...
