Day 323: another light day. Just putted on my mat for a bit. Working on start line and a good stroke. -

Day 143 - Made some swings working on shallow hands in the backswing, a good weight shift, and more hip turn in the downswing. -

Day 46: Really struggled today, maybe some fatigue from a long weekend with lots of yard work, family time, and two early rounds of golf. I just could not find the ball at all with full swings. Slow, fast, super slow, medium speed, it didn't matter. I was hitting all sorts of terrible shots; chunks, shanks, tops, pulls, pushes, basically every miss was a possibility. Stopped after about 20 balls and hit the mental reset and changed course to "still head" fundamental practice while making easy swings. Hit the ball well doing this. Stuck with it for about 15 balls, and then did a little pitching and chipping practice. -

What do you mean they won't extend out? Are they still in the elastic loops? 🤣 Can you post a photo @Nygolfer12?
