I recommend finding an instructor that knows what they're doing and working with them.
You're unlikely going to solve this stuff on your own, and you're going to create a lot of bad habits and ingrain them the longer you proceed.
You likely haven't made any lasting changes in "the past week." Certainly not to the point where you can move on to something else or go "back to the drawing board."
This is a moment of truth. The way you react to this will have a dramatic effect on the way the rest of your golf "career" plays out.
