Found a marker, is it a dime a dozen or special?

I found a place marker the other day while working on the side of the road. It is made by CMC Golf and features the, what I have figured out is, the new logo of the tour championship. Have I found something that was given out at a certain time and rare, or can you buy these at any pro shop?
