Current Sponsors of The Sand Trap

As some of you may be aware, The Sand Trap occasionally takes sponsors from time to time. These sponsors offset the cost of hosting, shipping, and some other things, and recently have helped to pay our Community Director and myself.

Advertising/sponsorship of The Sand Trap occurs in a few forms:

1. Regular banner advertising - these are banner advertisements at the top, along the right side, and at the bottom of the site. Click the ads you're interested in, ignore the ones you don't like to see.
2. Supporters/Sponsors - More information on these programs - for both individuals ($39/year) and small companies ($199/year) - can be found here .
3. "Insiders" and Promotional Sponsors - These are often folks who wish to engage with you, the forum members. Most of the time they'll have an "Insider" badge, like this one (to the right). They'll also often have an "Insider" signature which includes links to their Twitter feed, website, and/or Facebook pages. For example, it will look like this:

Currently, The Sand Trap has a few Supporters and Sponsors. It has regular banner advertising (this will always be the case). It also has insiders including:

• Golf Conditioning Now
• SwingPal
• MobiTee

Additionally, Golf Evolution and Scorecard occasionally sponsor the site as well.

Please understand that these sponsors (we will try to keep this thread up to date with new sponsors as they're added) are paying, and wish to engage with you. Please treat them with respect, and ask them questions about their products. They are not spamming, they are not violating the rules, etc.

I think it is an awesome way to pay for the sites expenses, its better then having two million ads all over the page and some of their products are pretty cool.

DoGolf now sponsors the site. They are one of the "daily deal" type sites that are becoming a popular way to get some pretty good stuff at a pretty good price.
