"New" Generation or 2 old driver???

For 5 or more years I have been playing Tour Edge Driver.

I still hit it well but wonder if it is time to upgrade?

But I do not want to jump to the $300 club range.

Figured I would  'shop' for drivers a generation or 2 old.

Any suggestions?

Have tried TM R9 460 & Nike Dymo2 in the past year.

Each felt like balloon on a stick... too light.

But could it have been the shaft difference I was noticing?

That Nike Dymo driver is a great deal for the money (all the big box stores are clearing them out at $79)  - love mine (I think it's the best sounding driver I've ever heard as well if that means anything - it pings more than a Ping).     Remember, light weight = distance (manufacturers do everything humanly possible to reduce weight in drivers).
