State Opens

Hello everybody!

I am a mini tour player and I would like to hear about some good state opens around the country. If your state, or you know of any, has some good tournaments please let me know. I am trying to fill my schedule for the year.

Sorry man, I have no idea if there is a California Open. I can direct you to some mini-tours that are in CA and AZ area, but I suspect you know them already

I would love to help, but I am just getting into playing in tournaments, so I am not sure.

Couldn't find how the purse is distributed. There is also money to be won in the qualifiers.

check out http://rockymountainpga.com/index.cf...&openitem;=2639 The Idaho open is in July at the Twin Falls Muni. Par 68, somewhere around 6,000 yards. I understand the purse is pretty good. I know there are quite a few players that come in from out of state.

There is the Suntrust State Open of Virginia. Other than that, I don't know much about it. Here's the website.
