I don't live near a fitting facility.  I currently play a Ping G10 9 deg with a Diamana Blue Stiff shaft, 63 grams.  I can't get the spin rate under 3800.  Usually 4200+

I want to try the Titleist 910 D2 or D3, but I don't know which one to get.  I obviously want to get my spin rate down.  I got on a trackman recently, 111mph average, 114 high on the swing speed, +1/2 deg angle of attack.  (Almost flat)

My ball flight now is ok, don't necessarily need to hit it any lower or higher.  My mishits tend to be low on the face.  I have to make a conscious effort to hit the ball higher on the face.  Playing to a 3.  Not getting nearly enough carry in my opinion.  255ish rolling to 285

Which of the Titleist stock shafts should I try if any?  Also, seeing that my usual miss is low on the face, which head/degree should I lean towards?  Thanks for your help.

D3 will spin less.  You might want to match it up with the PX 7C3 or even 7B3 shaft.  With the distance your getting on the carry you might want to go up to a 10.5* just to get higher launch and, hopefully, more carry.

I would try an X-stiff shaft with a low kick point. Definitely hit the D3 head.
