Winning any PGA event is significant.  Guys get in the HOF with 20 victories for their career.  The very fact that you so easily dismiss a Bay Hill win for Tiger implies that, even by your own standard, Tiger winning a run-of-the-mill tour event 8 times isn't sufficient to add credence to his legacy.  For most players, 8 tour victories in any venue is indicative of a very, very successful career.

Hate on Tiger for cheating on his wife.  Hate on him for his red shirts.  Hate on him for throwing the occasional club, or an F-bomb.  Just acknowledge that you're not objective, because by any objective standard, he's the best in the world, by a pretty significant margin.

It's not about this up-coming Augusta, it's about the 24+ majors that Tiger has left ahead of him while he is still playing high level golf.  After this year, he will have 6 more good shots at Augusta.
