Hi There,

I was just wondering if anyone who owns a bushnell tour v2 rangefinder would be able to help me out with a question. I have ordered one of these from my local club and am picking it up tomorrow. As I'm pretty excited to try it out I was hoping to play with it tomorrow. However I'm just wondering if it comes shipped with battery charge or must it be charged for a period of time before use?

Thanks in advice!

It has a single camera battery - not a rechargeable battery.   Might want to buy a backup - mine died on me once in the middle of a round...

Pick up a spare in a few weeks. Put it in your bag, because when you need to replace it you want one ready to go.

    • Day 262 - More putting, main focus was on setup. Specifically, making sure my feet were perpendicular to my starting line, as I’ve noticed that can be an issue.
    • Day 76: just a lighter mirror work day. Working on grip, checking backswing, and working on a few downswing feels.
    • The only features I really look for in a golf shoe is that they’re extremely comfortable and they have to be waterproof.    I’ve been looking at the ASICS Kayano Ace since that’s the running shoe I wear and I absolutely love them but I’m also intrigued with True Linkswear. Their website lists the following models as waterproof:  Lux Hybrid Original 1.2 FS-Tour Lux G Lux Tour  OG Tour I like the look of the Lux Hybrid and Originals the best but would be interested in everyone’s input and recommendations.
    • Yeah I agree with this. Also…as was pointed out, many probably hear about the fun of playing a sport, riding around and having drinks as a great time. I know I’ve told many newcomers that and it made them want to give it a shot. Clayton also has no idea if one or more guys needed to use a cart for a variety of reasons. They’re playing golf….that’s good enough.
    • I imagine if you got just a little bit of rain the ball was probably hydroplaning.
