Simple enough idea. Looks like it could have some practical application as well. I have had some great succes using my Pure Ball Striker ($15). Great review on this forum about that gem of an invention from Jeff Evans. Then the Tour Striker club is fantastic. Might have to add a Swing Whistle to the mix. The website is Swing Whistle. Curious if anyone has tried one yet.

It's an interesting idea.  Only problem i see with it is that it can't help you fix the problem if your casting or not even releasing the club.  Only can identify it.  Seems like a good buy though if your swing is dialled in and you just want to work on/ re-establish a good tempo.

Hello! I found your post and wanted to chime in. I realize I have an interest in this but truly, if your goal is to Whistle at IMPACT, your body, will instinctively adjust to create that lag needed to produce a good shot. I teach 1500 lessons a year and I have a trained ear for swings that sound good and swings that make a lot of "noise"...  The Swing Whistle trains you to "store up" and release the club properly using your own clubs!

Anyway, I hope I'm not stepping on anyones toes by posting here...

Looks like an interesting aid. One of my favorite drills is the "whoosh drill" (where you turn the club upside-down and swing listening for the whosh sound at impact) so this product is intriguing to me. I watched the video on the site and they show some examples of what you're not supposed to do but this doesn't seem to be a clear example of what it's supposed to sound like at impact? Maybe I missed it in the video?

Hey 1Puttit, If you had one in person, you really hear where the whistle happens. If you're listening from speakers on your computer, its a little harder to tell. If you "cast" you'll hear a definate "early whistle" in person...

It's all physics...  Try one and if you don't like it, send it back for a refund!

I just might do that. OTOH, if you'd like to send me one, I'd be happy to post an unbiased review after I try it out.
