I sometimes play with a group of guys that I am 12-18 strokes better than (I know, I need some new friends). Any suggestions of games or matches we can play instead of me giving up a stroke a hole?

I play with a couple buddies that aren't very good.  We have a good time with them pairing up and playing a scramble against me in match play.  I usually give them some strokes depending on the difficulty of the course as well.
