My drive goes high and straight and then bends right about 30-40 yards.

From my understanding of the new ball flight rules this is what I think.

My clubface is open to a out to in swing path. Am i correct?

Your clubface is fine. The ball starts towards the target, so it's relatively square.

Your swing path is out to in. This makes the face open "to" that path, yes, but your path is the major concern.

I can hit the irons pretty well but I just cannot get the driver on an inside to out path.

Irons are shorter than the Driver with more loft so they mask swing flaws a lot better.

Without video who knows, but you must be cutting across it pretty hard from over the top in one fashion or another. One thing I see a lot of is guy's trying to swing too hard from the top of their backswing forcing them out of a good posture and releasing the energy in their arms and hands to early creating that ugly over the top, outside to in swing path. There's a lot of drills out there usually involving putting tees or other objects in the ground to guide your clubhead from in to out. I learned to draw the ball from Harvey Penick's Little Red Book from the chapter on the "Magic Move". Either way it's great read from a guy that saw a lot of swings and helped a lot of people.

Post your swing, I'm sure there's a lot of guy's here that are more than happy to break it down and help you out!
