Completely got fixated on more hip slide and now Ive lost everything. Could really use some help getting back on track. Lots of pulls.

Eric, take a look at how much you are loading PA #3 from A1-A2 (were using A's now instead of P's).   Pulls are due to the face being aimed to the left due to the excessive rotation you need to try and put the sweet spot on the ball due to overloading PA#3 on the backswing.

This will also help load PA#4 more on the backswing, higher left arm and clean up some of the tilt/extension rate issues.

Thanks for the feedback Mvmac. Like the drill too. I will give it a whirl tomorrow morning. It seems every year I regress in a new area. Guess it keeps me on my toes . Again thanks for the extra set of eyes.

WOW...something that simple changed a few things including extension rate. PA#3 "felt" awful and not loaded but absolutely helped with PA#4. Lowered my ball flight when I thought my AoA was going to be way to steep. Possibly gained a few yards as well. Down side was at A4 face was shut. Felt like I had to lay it down in order to not shank it on a few swings. Cant lie I did have a couple hosel burners....overall went pretty well. I'll get a video up as soon as I can find some time.

At some point I'm gonna have to go over hip slide and secondary axis tilt.

Hey James glad to see your back states side.  The golf swing is a funny thing and regression sucks.  By the way it's your fault I got stuck in this more hipslide fascination or lack there of .

The jumping seems to be part n' parcel with the swing style, so go with it, but it seems a smidgen premature in this video. Not that I know when it should occur, but that's how it looks to my layman's eye.

It's not tied to this style only, but yes, it's way, way too early in that video, and still early (not as much) in the most recent one.

Yeah, the better the backswing gets the less early he'll have to jump because of how he loads the shaft and the compensations he makes to get some decent on the shot

YES...YES...Thats what I was searching for counter rotation. I was really struggling to even get to A3 without overdoing PA#3. I think the counter rotation will hold it off just that much longer. Thanks guys for the help.

Erik do you have a slo mo of your April 1st DTL,FOV swings? Actually that would go for you too MIke?

Eric.

Handle needs to be 5* further forward to add more dorsi flexion of the right wrist at setup.

A1-A2, like the others have said, too much rotation of the forearms and front shoulder, but you MUST make sure the left wrist remains flat. Its dorsi flexing (cupping) much too quickly A1-A3.

Clean it up then get back to us.

Mizuno is introducing new technology with their JPX One fairway woods and drivers. The new tech for golf but used tech for Mizuno since it is found in their baseball side of the business, is Nanoalloy. Nanoalloy is a microscopic polymer layer put on the face of their titanium driver. What this layer does is change the elasticity of the driver face and increases ball speed over a larger area of the clubface. Adding a bit more elasticity with this layer, they are conserving the golf balls energy from the impact.  Due to USGA rules, this technology falls under their coating regulations. Which add a correction factor to the ball speed testing done for conforming golf clubs. This rule was introduced when Taylormade went to their carbon clubface. Which I didn't know existed.  I am sure that center strikes are at the USGA limits like all other drivers. This has my interest. I am always, "window shopping", for new golf equipment 😉
