Too much Right Arm Flexion in Backswing/Transition

Hey Guys,

I'm having some troubles keeping my width in my backswing and transition. My right arm does not fold too much in the backswing, but it folds severely during my transition (it literally is my transition move, the folding of the right arm).

I ordered http://thesandtrap.com/t/28081/swing-extender (thanks to this site for the review:)), but I was wondering if there were any drills that I could incorporate into my swing for the short term fix (have an outing this weekend).

I've found that speeding up my tempo slightly prevents my right elbow from folding too much, my backswing and transition are both far too slow... especially my transition which became more than just a pause.

At this point, I've begun doing the opposite of what I was doing before. I attempt to keep my right arm as straight as possible, and when I feel that elbow start to bend, I move into my transition, letting my hands drop and maintaining the angle rather than closing that angle more.
