I have a huge problem. I have a Taylor Made 320, I was on the driving range and after a drive, it sounded like a loose piece of metal inside the head. It sounds like the tip of the shaft broke off. My question is : can it be taken out of the head? What do I do? This is like the end of the world for me....pls help!!!

Probably not the shaft.  Could be some metal within the head broke off.  Could be a problem if it is part of the internal structure of the head.  If it's a new club, TaylorMade will replace it. Take it back to where you bought it.

Thanks for the reply, fortunately we have pro shops and the guys are 100% sure the can fix it. They say its the glue that hardens on the tip of the shaft when we replaced the shaft and when hitting the ball, the shock of that losened\broke off the glue, but well soon find out tomorrow. Thanks again for the replies

That happened to my Burner driver last year. I still had the receipt, and brought it back to Golf Town. They replaced it for a brand new one (same model & year) with no hassle at all.

Yeah, they pretty good with that. Pitty I didn't have the receipt but they only charged me 40 bucks so ill be back playing in no time.

Its never that easy hey....Damn. Now they have to send it away and inject some type gel to catch this this piece

Removing the shaft so that it can be re-used requires a bit of skill, but that's the only way to get loose material out of a head. You have to apply heat to the hosel to break down the epoxy. Too much heat may break down the epoxy that binds the graphite in the shaft. It's a skill.

Worse case is they have to replace the shaft, How expensive was it to replace the shaft originally?

I've got some clubs that rattle like that. Not a big deal. It's just loose epoxy residue,

im not removing the shaft myself, thatll be a disaster. Its been sent to The Pro Shop

Actually, in my world, No. This is normal. I feel that without my 320, my bag is half empty. So "Hyperbolize" for u maybe,  for me its being normal. You either live golf or you go play bowls bro, there is no other way.
