Hi

I notice that when I try too hard to swing, my left shoulder lifts and my body angle changes, instead of maintaining the angle

which causes my toe to dig into the ground after impact.

What is the remedy or things to remember to help with this?


try focussing on your horizontal rotation and hitting the ball correctly.

don't think about clubspeed and power.

the rest will follow automatically.


ont he backswing try to get your left shoulder to the inside of your right foot (vice versa if your a lefty)

this will encourage the shoulder to stay down, on plane, and good coil in the backswing
