Whenever I finish my swing, instead of having my right foot turned all the way it needs to be, I stop half way and feel like I can not turn any more. Wondering what I can do so my foot starts to turn all the way.

Do you mean you are not coming up on your toes?

where is your weight on your finishing position?

if its pretty much 95%+ on your left leg then it doesnt really matter where the right foot is,

so long as the weight transfer is there and your hitting good shots

is there a reason your focussing on this foot, do you believe its causing you issues?

one reason i guess is your not turning round to a full finish with your belt buckle facing the target, pretty impossible from that position to not fully turn the right foot unless you have ambidextrious knees

I just feel like whenever this happens I don't fully turn my body with my belt buckle pointing not towards my target and when my foot stops moving my arms finish the swing instead of my shoulders if that makes sense

Makes sense but if your thinking about your foot and how it determines your follow through then you need to find something else to focus on and forget about the foot
