I've been Playing Golf for: 20+

My current handicap index or average score is: 82-88

My typical ball flight is: Baby fade to straight MId

The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: I'm actually trying to add the draw on command in to my game.

I would like some input on what adjustments I would need to add that nice draw to my swing arsenal. I know I need to be flatter at the top but it feels uncomfortable and not natural... I dunno. Any swing tip help is greatly appreciated.

Sorry no face on only down the line.

Thanks

On top of the above tip...the easiest way to tell you how to hit a draw is to aim your club face at the intended target and align your body (shoulders, hips, feet) with the intended start line and swing the club (normally) down the intended start line or the way your body is pointing.

Which is a great way to start the ball at your intended target and have it curve right (for a lefty) away from your target.

A better place to start would be to align your club face with your intended start line, and swing further left of that line to produce a draw that starts left of your target and draws back to it.

Like what Mordan said, ball start primarily where the face is pointing at impact and curves away from the path.  So let's say we're talking about the player in red in the above pic.  He's hitting draws with the face 2* left of the target with the path 4* left of the target.  Face is closed to the path but aimed left of the target (for a lefty)  Good link to check out http://thesandtrap.com/b/playing_tips/ball_flight_laws
