With the driver I tend to stand taller and more up right because its a longer club. All my misses are left with my woods, Im wondering if this is because I dont have enough knees flex at address, which cause's an over the top move. It's something I dont work on alot and tend to forget about because im working on stance, posture and grip. How much is too much knee flex and whats too little?

Too little is about mine, in a video, you can barely tell me knees are flexed.

Interesting question, I tend to have too much flex in my knees. I've heard so many theories.....knee caps should be flexed so that they are over your toes (to me, that seems like a lot of flex, unless your entire body is leaning way forward).

Curious to see what people say.

Mine is such that my knees are bent, but I can't feel any strain, nice and comfortable. I used to bend them so much that I could really feel strain in my knees and upper legs, which was probably too much.
