I once hit a 7 iron onto the center of a par 3 green.  It was a nice high fade.  Somehow the ball bounced 25 feet into the air and into the woods.  To this day I have no clue what happened.

I was playing in the Fall one year and the hole is a short par 4 that if you hit your drive to far a large cottonwood tree comes into play.I end up about 20 yards in front of a large branch that overhangs the fairway. There is one stupid leaf and I mean just one large leaf hanging from it.I hit my shot at the green and sure enuff right into the middle of this large leaf that wraps around my ball like I had hit it into a towel and drops straight down.I was "Leaf Raped"!!

thats just brutal.    Nothing good to say about getting totally jacked out of two aces ...

But I've had some good breaks too - although you never remember those ones

Ahhhh, the rake jackery.     A month ago, a buddy of mine were playing & these kids jumped in front of us on the back 9 without asking.    No problem really, but after they hit their drives, my buddy yelled, "you guys want to play through" ... it was hilarious.     Anyways, the next hole is a long par 3 - 210 yds.      We see something way out there near the pin, but can't identify it.       He hits his hybrid and it looks really good & close to the pin.    When we get up there, the ranger was watching & was trying to get our attention before we tee'd off ... those kids put the rake right in front of the pin & my buddy's ball was laying on the rake - would have been very close to a hole out.     The ranger was more pi$$ed than we were & hauled ass to find them & kick them off the course.

My worse rake incident involved a fairway bunker - hit a low 4i clean & just cleared the lip of the trap.    Tip of the rake handle just poked up above the lip & I hit it - ball flew to the right OB.    Didn't even know it was there ... the worst jackedness are the ones where you didn't see the obstacle & great shots turn to crap in a split second.
