What is this thing on my hybrid club?

I have 2 Raylor hybrid clubs -- 19º and 22º.  The 19º has a indention on the underside with a red ring and 3 holes (as pictured below).  However, my 22º has a yellow ring and a metal piece.

What are these?  Weights?  What do they stand for?

Driver -- TM Burner 2.0 9.5º

FWs -- TM Burner 2.0 15º / 18º

Hybrids -- TM Raylor 19º and 22º

Irons -- TM Burner Plus (4i - PW, AW, SW), TM Burner 1.0 LW

Putter -- Scotty Cameron Mallet Phantom 2

Bag -- TM Stratus 3.0

Ball -- Top Flight Gamer V2, Titleist DT Solo

So, why does my 4H have the little star thing on it, and my 3H does not?  (both are the same model of club).

I guess what I'm wondering is, did part of my 3H weight fall off?

Driver -- TM Burner 2.0 9.5º
