I've been Playing Golf for: 20 years

My current handicap index or average score is: 6

My typical ball flight is: High Fade

The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: Pull Draw

I am the person in the first part of the video. I'll also relay any tips/advice for my friend in the later part. Thanks for the feedback.

hahah... I should've clarified.  It looked like the first 30 seconds of the video was an older swing - or even a different golfer?  Then at 30+ seconds... It is definitely a different range session, the swing pattern looks modified from the first 30 seconds... And the 2nd set of swings/sessions/golfer(is this the same dude?! :D) - the swing looks better to me... But I don't see a DTL video of the 2nd half of the video.

Ooops... Just saw your comments that the first part is your swing... And the 2nd part is your buddy.  Sorry your swing isn't bad.  Don't take that the wrong way.  I'll review your swing later today and give you some constructive criticism.  Sorry for not reading closer your comments in the OP.

    • Imma throw a dart in the dark as no one can tell what is happening once every fourth iron shot per your OP. This might sound counterintuitive but if ball position is too far back in the stance folks are known to throw down clubhead steeply. Could be happening. And yes, @billchaois not wrong; clubhead tends to bottom out wherever your pressure is. So slide forward (not sway), then hit.
    • Day 300 (!): did a stack session.
    • Day 24: Missed my weekly round due to a last minute little league makeup game this morning. Managed to get in some backswing rehearsals while grilling sausages for dinner, and then putted around the office/laundry room after dinner.
    • but I don't understand how that's possible you still want your head to stay back you don't want the upper body coming forward and plus I've tried feeling that and it made my fat shots worse and I then tend to pull and sky all my shots especially with driver because I get in front of it dont need force plates to see i finish on my left side
