Who has one?

Is each club isolated from the rest of the clubs?

I don't personally have this bag, but that's what it looks like here. This is just an image I pulled. Can't tell for sure if they are full length dividers or not.

In my  Recoil bag:

Nike SQ Machspeed Black STR8-FIT Driver

 Cobra Baffler Rail 3 Wood

 Cobra Baffler Rail 3 Hybrid

 Cobra Baffler Rail 4 Hybrid

 Nike SQ Machspeed Irons 5-AW

 Cleveland 588 - 54 Degree

 Cleveland 588 - 58 Degree

 TaylorMade Rossa Monza Spider Putter

 NXT Tour

I saw that on Google Image too. I wasn't able to derive full length or not from it either.

The video in the link says it does divide the full length of the bag though.

For the next twelve hours, this bag is $69.
