The last year I have noticed a huge dif in being able to get good separation and better strength without having to battle a gym.. love it and was wondering if anyone else is using it too

It seems interesting. Do you have any of the other workout DVDs or just the one co-branded with titleist? Is was asking because the reviews on the site aren't that great for this. I was a little let down after reading them. Also what type of equipment do you need?

Its pretty easy, I use this door hanger attachment to do most of the exercises.  The Titleist vid is ok not great but has some exercises that have worked well for me but I don't go extreme either.  Resistance training gives you a good stretch while building strength.  I can take it anywhere and pretty much.  Its the only product other than my mountain bike I really use for my training.  Doesn't take up much room either.

I made a couple sets of these for our gym at home.  My wife uses them quite a bit with her clients.  I have a set out in my garage gym too.  Love em!

I love the TRX.  I usually lift normal weights to exhaust any and all strength from my muscles, and then head over the the TRX and really get my core activated while continuing to work the original muscles.  Those Navy Seals really know what they are doing!
