Working on a very specific feel, which is the stretching of the right side on the backswing. It’s helped me get deep with the pivot instead of yanking my arms inside.

im struggling somewhat with the downswing, tho, especially with the driver. Gets a little steep feeling.

So, just curious, why did you sign up for Evolvr and then not submit anything? 🙂

I’ve been trying to find a local coach because I prefer in person instruction to online, but I have so far failed at that. I’m relatively pleased at my progress working on my own, as well.

But, if I were a betting man, I’d be on evolvr being my next step!

Played in the member-member with my father this weekend. We came in third in our flight, missing the championship shootout by one measly point. 

I played the best golf of my life. We played 45 holes (27 on Saturday, 18 on Sunday).

75 (+3) [134/72.5]

36 (E) [133/36.3]

76 (+4) [134/72.5]

 

Stats

8/14 Fairways -- 8/18 GIR -- 28 Putts

6/9 Fairways -- 6/9 GIR -- 15 Putts

12/14 Fairways -- 10/18 GIR -- 31 Putts

 

A lot of places for improvement, but I am happy with how I did. I put a lot of pressure on myself to play well, and I responded with the best scores I've ever shot at this particular golf course. Also, had a great time playing with my dad! 

These tournament scores also continue a trend of really good play. I've broken 80 in the last five 18 hole rounds, and shot par on the one nine hole round. Gol is way more fun when you're playing well!
