Hi,

does anybody has a driil to fix this?

I'm moving my head downwards on my backswing, I think im compesating this movement and moving up again in my downswing because I0m hitting the ball the the toe of my clubs.

I'll appreciate any good tips.

Thanks

Are you a righty? Feel more stretching in the left side, or don't bend so much on the left side. It kind of ends up depending when during the backswing your head goes down.

It could also be as simple as a setup issue - maybe you're too far from the golf ball, or too far back on your heels.

I had this issue.  Just before the top, my head would dip and inch or two.  To correct, I focus on stretching my right side and right shoulder up during the back swing, as is shown in the Key#1 Steady Head videos in this thread.  Dave and Erik describe it better than I.

I took a wiffle golf ball, tied about a 2 ft string to it and suspended it from my hat bill. I also slowed my back swing just a little which eliminated some swaying also. Another trick is to make the string long enough to suspend about 2 inches above the club shaft. If you pull your arms in or chicken wing your stroke, you hit the string.
