Whatta day

Okay, so today I finally got new irons from those horrible cleveland launchers I've owned for a year. My dad purchased the RAC irons, but they are the low cavity backs (almost blades) at a preowned price of $399.99. So, my dad gave me his thick, cavity back Taylor Made RAC OS (only 1 year old but he wanted a low cavity or blades for a while now)...

So anyway, I get the new clubs and an AMAZING difference from my launchers. They have some type of True Temper ultralite shafts, and it's an amazing difference. My old irons felt clunky and heavy, these just jump off my club.

So to cut to the point, I made my first ever eagle on the 9th hole, but also my lowest round ever. I shot a (+2) 38 and I was waiting to break my previous low of (+4) 39.

Wow, I'm exhausted now. From watching Sergio fall apart at the British, to going to golf smith and my dad getting new irons, to shooting my all time low along with an eagle...

Congrats! I cant remember my first eagle. But kept it up and they will come more often.

nice man. I had a day like this last wednesday; broke 80 (shot 78) for the 1st time. I thought of getting the RAC OS irons when I was buying new ones earlier this summer.
