After reading a lot about lie angles on this forum, i am curious as to they relate to getting fitted. With more and more club makers making more upright golf clubs. since an upright club will cause the ball to start out left. Is it more beneficial to get a less upright lie angle? The reason i am asking is, i went to Ping and checked out there chart. When i look at there standard + my adjustments, i am either 0 or +1/4" lenght, and +2.25 degrees more upright. When i put this to my current clubs, it comes out to be about 1 degree more upright for the lower lofted clubs. When i checked the lie on my current clubs to my swing, marking the ball with a marker, setting it on a tee so its perpendicular to the ground, its an easy way to check the lie with out a lie board, my clubface was about 1 degree to flat (toe deep). So, would i actually need a more upright lie? Or is the more upright clubs a detriment due to the fact they start the ball out left?

If you are checking your clubs lie angle on a lie board, and your marks are consistently centered on the sole between the toe and heel, then I would not recommend bending to make more upright.  You want your lie mark to be centered.  If you are consistently marking towards the toe. For every 1/4" toward the toe bend upright 1 degree,  1/4" towards the heel bend flat 1 degree.   Then recheck.  If your marks indicate you need to bend more than 2 degrees then I would consider working on a swing change.  Also just a word of warning.  Not all clubheads are equal when it comes to bendability.  Cast clubheads don't bend as much or at all when compared to forged clubheads.
