Going from "Uniflex" shafts to Stiff shafts for irons

I currently have a set of Nike irons with Uniflex steel shafts (I don't even know what that means). Anyways, I just purchased a set of Mizuno MP64's with the standard S300 shafts. My swing speed definitely agrees with this decision. I am wondering what I am going to get out of these stiffer shafts. More distance? More accuracy?

Not much.  There isnt much different from uniflex to stiff because uniflex is halfway between regular and stiff.

Uniflex shafts for irons tend to weigh less than the S300 shafts. Also, Uniflex tends to be a midkick (medium launch) shaft, while S300 is a high kick (low launch) shaft.

Moving to a stiffer shaft should increase your control (shot dispersion) and give you a lower launch.
