I've recently discovered that I've not been swinging with my shoulders and I've been all arms.

I've looked into this and I've read a thing about imagining that you're sawing a piece of wood to get the motion of your shoulders turning.  Has anyone else used this drill or swing thought and if so does it help?

I've used the mental image of trying to skip a flat rock across the top of water or trying to throw a sidewinder baseball pitch.

I sometimes struggle with not clearing the hips (getting older and fatter has that effect) and these images help me with engaging the hips and leading the swing with firing them first.

The most difficult distance in golf is the six inches between your ears.
