New From Manchester UK

Hi Everyone,

I've just signed up to the forum after lurking around for a few months.

I only started playing golf early summer and really have the bug now.

I used to fish a lot but a friend introduced me to golf and I've not been fishing since!

I love being outdoors in the countryside so golf gets me out and gives me exercise too (more than fishing).

I've been playing some local par 3 courses around Manchester and am trying to get good enough and confident enough to venture out onto a full course.  That's my aim anyway.

So if anyone is from my neck of the woods please let me know if there's any courses that I could try.  It would be appreciated.
