Hi I've started a thread which I want to remove can you tell me how to do this please? Also I want to embed a YouTube video of my swing but when i paste YouTube link it doesn't post the video only the link. Can you also tell me how to do this? Thanks

I can at least tell you how to embed a video.  Whenever you go to post, there is an icon to the left of the smiley face icon.  Highlighted it will tell you it is the "insert video" icon.  Click on that icon and put the appropriate link into the area provided.  This will allow you to post a video.
