I am thinking of swapping out shafts on my X Hot irons. They are the stock SS TT Speed Step 85 Steel (PTIP) shafts at approx 93grams. I am thinking of getting the UST Mamiya Recoil 95's, or the 670's, in F3 (reg flex). Right now the swing weight of the irons is D2, and I would prefer a SW of about D4. This may sound difficult to reach D4, but I like the irons +1" in length. Does this seem doable with the clubs I have?

Which shaft would you recommend?

Would the 95's be better for shock dampening compared to the stainless steel?

Would lighter graphite (ust 670) be better shock dampening then the 95's?
