Hey, just wondering your opinion on something...Was playing with a brand new Callaway 454 Ti Driver Firm RCH shaft when I tried to put a charge into one and the shaft broke on me. I had just bought the club 5 days before, so I called the place where it was purchased and they told me to bring it in. (This was Saturday)..They called me today and said that they are sending it back to Callaway to be repaired and are not sure if there is going to be a charge with it and that this would take approx 2-3 weeks...My question is how can there be a charge with it, unless they think that I am lying? What do you guys think??

Callaway should fix it for nothing. The good thing about OEM's is the companies stand behind all the products.I had a set of Cobra Irons and snapped the 6 iron and sent the head back and no charge so I would not worry. If the store tries to charge you tell them you are going to contact Callaway yourself and that should solve that.
