As a former Columbus area native, the Memorial is my favorite non-major event of the year.   This is an amazing course..................the tee boxes and fairways are cut as tight as many greens on courses played by  mere mortals.....LOL   This course is also designed much like a TPC course with many elevated viewing areas.   This is no doubt one of the elite events of the year......look at the field, and all the big names are present and accounted for!!

I fondly remember attending the Memorial as a patron and walking those grounds.  this is a very special course....... Augusta and the Memorial are the most meticulously maintained courses on tour during Tourney week............few will refute this.

So many holes play through the trees, it's hard to say where you took all that video.   Were you in the bleachers behind the 15th tee?  It looks like that par5 15th hole to me...........

What's in Paul's Bag:

- Mizuno Mp-T11 60degree SW
- Putter- Ping Cadence Ketsch

yes it was in the bleachers.

last year i was there also, but because of the crowds around the teebox i went high and filmed the players and the teebox only. this year i wanted to incorporate some of the hole as well. you can at least see the ball come off the club, though you really can't see where it is going. 15 is the only hole where there is a grandstand at the tee. jack nicklaus has said that is the best place to watch the action if you are high enough, you can see the approach shot on 14, and the tee shots on both 15 and 18.
