High hcp beginner golfer, new driver for medium clubhead speed (104mph) ?

I wonder if it makes a difference if you're irons and wedges are regular flex... and your driver is stiff flex? Coz that's me right there.

Difference for what?  Wedge flex obviously will not affect driver distance.

edit:  I suppose if you had really different flexes, and got used to swinging one, it could make a difference when you swung the other????

This is pretty normal, but different people like different setups. You need to be properly fit if you want to really get the most out of every club. [/quote] This is why a proper fitting is important once you get good enough swing mechanics.
