Doesn't the PGA Tour use it's "ballstriking" stats based on FIR and GIR?  I know Boo is always up there in those stats which is why he is often referred to as one of the best ball strikers on tour... if only the dude could putt he'd win a couple tournaments a year easy.  Maybe even have a major.

Callaway XR 9.5 + 1, Taylormade R15 3 Wood, Burner 3 Rescue, Callaway XHot 5H, Warbird 4H, Nike Vapor Fly 6-AW Irons, Titleist Vokey 54, 60 Wedges, Taylormade Rossa Fontana Putter, Srixon Z-Star Tour Yellow.

Best Score 2017:  82 (Traditions at the Glen, Par 70)

Favorite Course - Conklin Players Club (Par 72) - Best Score 86

I guess my definition would be someone who has more command over their shots vs their peers. Tough to argue the command Garcia has off the tee. Similarly, Stenson with his irons, and 3W. Also, I'm pretty sure there's not another golfer on the planet who can shape their shots at will, and with the accuracy Bubba does. Just my $1.05.

      Day 200 3-4 Wider back swing, arms up a bit higher, and added in some flow work to start getting a since of a full swing. Still focusing on arching wrist through downswing.

      It's going to be very difficult for the 2026 Masters to match the 2025 edition for storyline. I honestly don't know that anyone else in the field could match the story of Rory finally winning after so many years and the blow ups over the years, not to mention the career slam being completed. No one this year that I can think of is remotely close to that kind of story.
