Simple question to everyone here, who do you think is the most consistent player on tour (PGA, European, LPGA, etc.) in terms of leaderboard position?

For me it's Jason Day. It always seems like he's within a few shots of the lead whenever he's playing a tournament (especially majors)

Driver: :cobra: BiO Cell (10.5º)

Wood: :ping: G15 3 (15.5°)

Hybrids: :callaway: Diablo Edge: 3 (21º), 4 (24º)

Irons: :callaway: Diablo Edge: 5-PW

Wedges: :cleveland:588 RTX CB 50º, Paradise Black Chrome II Sand Wedge 56º

Easily gotta be Jim Furyk. Every single damn week he gets a top ten. Here are his last 16 starts 8 T5 T15 2 4 T12 T19 T51(An Exception) 2 2 T7 T14 T6 T20 T62(Another Exception) T5 Unfortunately he is also the biggest choker and can't win. Poor guy.

Was my first thought as well.
What's the time frame?
Last 7 hours. Hunter Mahan???

He said "most consistent" not "most consistently great." Find someone who bogeyed all 18 holes today and you'd have a winner! :-D

I'd have to agree. To bad ole Jim can't close out when he's leading, still, he's made a tidy sum of $$$$ during his career.

A couple of years ago I commented (without really knowing the numbers) that Bill Haas might be the most consistent player on Tour.

Seemed like every tournament that I watched he was at least in the running. Haven't followed very closely lately.

    • I got scammed one time on FBM so I don’t trust it.
    • Yeah I’ve tried it but I don’t feel very comfortable doing it like that. Isn’t there like a website where I can do it so it’s safer??
    • Day 200 3-4 Wider back swing, arms up a bit higher, and added in some flow work to start getting a since of a full swing. Still focusing on arching wrist through downswing.
    • It's going to be very difficult for the 2026 Masters to match the 2025 edition for storyline. I honestly don't know that anyone else in the field could match the story of Rory finally winning after so many years and the blow ups over the years, not to mention the career slam being completed. No one this year that I can think of is remotely close to that kind of story. Combine that with the attempts at blow ups last year (Double on the 1st, 13, 18 on first try) and the stunningly good shots that he hit in the final round (7, 15, 17, 18 on second try).  Full gamut: https://www.masters.com/en_US/watch/2025-04-13/17445961638226475/every_single_shot_from_rory_mcilroys_final_round.html
