Possibly Changing Shafts

I've been playing up to this point in the high school golf season with the stock Stiff Ping CFS shaft, which I know are too flexible for my swing. The Mizuno shaft optimizer fitted me into a KBS Tour X-stiff (softstepped once), but due to some issues with the Ping ordering process I had to make do with the stock stiff in order to have the irons in time to practice with them before the golf season. I do, however, want to get them reshafted to the proper shaft (I played a KBS Stiff before and liked the weight and feel better than the CFS).

My dilemma is that I have already qualified for the state tournament (playing pretty well in the process) with the CFS shafts and I'm not sure if I should make the switch in the two weeks I have leading up to the tournament. I play well with what I have now and am used to it, but I know that I prefer something else. I don't know if I should reshaft now or wait until after the tournament has passed to do it. Any thoughts on the matter?

You've been playing well.  Stick with what's working and keep all those positive thoughts going.  The off-season is the time to goof around with new swings/shafts/feels etc...  Not 2 weeks before the biggest tournament of the year.
